Guy is a convicted rapist currently serving an 18-40 year sentence (sexually assaulted a teenage relative), and is next in line for a heart transplant that he needs to live. It will cost roughly $800,000 and will be paid for with taxpayer dollars.

yeah way to go.

i heard that if youre on the transplant list you can't drink or do drugs or anything like this, or you get bumped off.

apparently being a rapist is ok though. Hey enjoy more years in prison i guess.
