At my store we let go a manager of 5 years, and two brand new employees I JUST hired and trained. And the girls was just a little name or something on the underside of her wrist. lol...
And the best part is that your state will now hit your company for the unemployment, since the grounds for termination were from a change in company policy, not from worker fault (as you hired them knowing they had that in the first place).
