NYC they take your car on the first, then taxpayers foot the bill as people try to get it back via lawyers and such.

Asians and Native Americans don't process alcohol the same way we do and get much drunker off of far less. I'm pretty sure in places like Oklahoma they even make special lower ABV beer for indians to drink, since its illegal to sell them full-strength booze.

I don't have any firsthand experience, but in the case of Asians it's probably that they're simply much smaller and have less body fat.

I don't think Native Americans get drunk more easily, they just have much lower resistance to addiction.

As to lower-proof beverages - where did you hear about that?

Body size is probably a factor, but there are genes that influence the ability to process alcohol, and the less effective versions are more common among some Asian groups.

On average, although it's not exclusive to Asians and not all have it. I have a friend (white) who gets wasted off 2 bottles of beer.

Matter-of-factly, Simone is significantly taller and larger than I am and gets smashed off two beers. She has no Asian blood. I am no larger than most Chinese people, but I am strongly resistant to alcohol and tranquilizers (something that was most amusing when I had my wisdom teeth removed)

I meant that it was difficult to put me under, and I got up quickly after waking up (general vs local anethesia).
