Haha what luck! I actually saw you, too. Because someone saw someone named Krunkz, and said it in vent, and I saw Zaryi later that day and just assumed it was a coincidence. I really can't remember where I saw you though

It appears as though they don't have a weighted quest object respawn system. Spent 20 minutes looking for slave collar chips with 30 other people and said fuck it.

Hahaha. The character named Zaryi is a Sith Warrior. The Consular's name is Simone... Original -_-;
