You didn't explicitly threaten him, but Blizzard would be justified in actioning you from a legal and policy sense.

I'm not questioning that. I'd imagine if they can action me then they can action him.

He flashed my IP (which could show malicious intent) and where I live (which could be viewed as a threat to find me.

I flashed his name and birthdate which is almost just as bad in my eyes.

I'm thinking either they'll action both of us or neither of us.

Yeah if he reports you he's asking for trouble himself. Unless his contact wasn't ingame or via blizzard forums. I dunno what their policy would be in the event it was outside of blizzards jurisdiction, but you had a screenshot or admission of guilt or something.

It all happened in game. I have screenshots and shit.

I was going to do it over AIM but I didn't feel like waiting for him to log on if ever.
