It's easier to find 10 competent players who can make an unconventional raid time than 25.
As a going concern - no. Finding 10 players doesn't matter if the train stops when one leaves.

Most 25 man raiding guilds on Bleeding Hollow invite around 5-7 PM, and end around 10 PM - 12 AM. I work at 9 PM M-TH, and 8 PM on Sunday evenings. In addition to this, I try to not raid / play WoW in general while my girlfriend and kids are around. We live in separate residences, though I get a very small window of time to spend with them with the exception of the weekends so I try to maximize that time as much as possible.
I'm actually heading out right now, come to think of it. Grocery Store --> Gas perks --> Get Gas --> Dinner at her house..hopefully sexy tiemz?
I recommend raiding with AUS/NZ people.
I'm in a EU guild on Scriptcraft that raids GMT + 1. We had our first ZG on Monday and cleared it. Very competent leadership, some need for pruning but I'm generally very impressed.
My priest is basically a mix of pre-raid BiS / ZG gear + one piece from MC (Tier gloves) mostly acquired from my now disbanded former guild.
I'm on the better geared end of the spectrum, not to brag about my gear. It's more of a testament to the skill level of our raiders. Downed Hakkar with around 16 people, killed Jin'do with majority of us in poor gear.
Having a blast with these guys. I don't see myself going back to retail barring some very compelling changes to the game as well as development team and general ideals as an organization.
This 1.12.1 server definitely has the community feel as far as I'm concerned, which is great.
I'd still be very interested in a Fubu guild in gw2 or Tera though. Might be a possibility if I get this job offer I've interviewed for with FedEx Office.
