Well, honestly, I don't care what they do with their junk, at least not until they're flashing their schlong at little girls. It was really more a "why is this the medical treatment option" than a "what's with these silly faggots and their extreme body modification" question. I think it's funny you should ask because what you said earlier made it seem like people do care because the drama-queen rodeo clown act for attention makes most people want to push them down a flight of stairs and park a bus on top of them.
