When in Final Fantasy 6 does it tell you how to use Sabin's Blitz vs Vargas? Like how are you supposed to know how to do it? Manual?

It says so in the dialogue during the battle and tells you the correct key combination.

The whole "you must buy the strategy guide" design was what killed the series for me past about FF IX.
