I know a few nerds said they had played it before in a discussion about FFT. Any of you clear out the bonus dungeon? Because I'm reading some FAQ about it and wouldn't mind having some TIPSLOL before starting and/or wasting my time. First thing I see in the FAQ made me cringe irl.

-There are one hundred floors in Hell’s Gate. You can leave the dungeon after
any floor, but you will have to return to the first floor. Getting through it
can take anywhere from ten to thirty hours.

Star Ocean 2. Gabrie Celeste, Universe mode. Discuss.

EDIT: I played only the GBA version. This one looks like fun - might have to pick it up. What's the most accessible/friendly way to play it?

Aestu of Bleeding Hollow...

So I'm on floor 7, and only because of save states. Who came up with this? Game was already leaps and bounds harder then FFT (SNES era lol!) but this is just retarded.

You mean the summon item boss right? I can't remember if he was the last boss of the bonus dungeon or the item you get from completing it. If so, he isn't that hard as I managed to do it fairly quickly.

However, FUCK Limitless Gabriel(or whatever the story's last boss was) without God armor. It took me awhile to beat him.

If you're talking about Tactics, then a PSX emulator. SNES version isn't translated. Fair warning though, the GBA version is infinitely easier, to the point it shouldn't even have the same game title.

ABOUT FUCKING TIME. ^________^. 17 hours. Granted, if you count in all the times I had to reload from a previous save state, it's probably more like 24 or so. Definitely were several nights of rage quitting and not coming back. Thank god for save states and fast forwarding though. Now I get to make the trip again for the phat lewt that appears the second time through! Longest dungeon of all time.

Before.
