Is it just me or do people, who at the first sign of trouble, throw out "GUYS JUST LET THEM WIN!" piss you off too?

I immediately tell them to go fuck themselves. Then proceed to explain why it's people like them that are the cause of us losing.

But hey, maybe I'm overreacting.

If it's like 1400 to 700 in AB I'll be annoyed if people keep trying to cap and prolong the inevitable.


But the first sign of trouble thing, yeah that gets irritating..and there is a difference between knowing you're beat and panicking when the score is within a closeable gap.

Even at 1400 to 700, you never know. A miracle could happen and you five cap, I've seen it happen. Once we were winning 1560 to like 4-500 with 4/5 bases. All of a sudden they capped all of them, our score stopped at 1590 and they won.

Quitting is for quitters. You shouldn't just hand alliance(orhordelol) a free win. Make them work for it. If you're going to hand them a win why don't you trade your wallet in for a purse while you're at it.

Yeah, a miracle COULD happen. But it likely won't. Especially if people cap a node, and immediately mount up and take off to fight elsewhere. It's entirely too common.

That, and having 6+ people at one base but there's still that one guy that sneaks the cap because they don't know how to aoe a flag and keep others alive / go defensive.

With that said, I am not quick to give up. But when it's obvious that the Horde are playing better and the Alliance team is capping nodes and running off, yeah I will go afk or alt tab out of frustration, on occasion.

Fair enough. I've more then once stealth into a pack of 3-7 alliance all on the flag and capped it.
"LOOKS CLEAR GUYS, DON'T BOTHER CHECKING THE FLAG, NO ONE COULD SNEAK IN HERE!"

I love when my opponents are that stupid.

Unfortunately, I'm Alliance, so generally it's my teammates that are mouth breathing.

I actually had someone day before yesterday ask me why I was healing others as a boomkin.

I quit healing them.

I don't like being a defeatist. It's more fun to keep farming kills even if BG-objective-wise you're done for.

Especially in the BGs that actually reward you for being bad, like SotA.

I find a semi-decent warrior or some plate wearing dps class (brawlsack) to healbot in bgs when they're wearing PVE gear so i can look good on healing meters.

One game made me smile when i had 2mil healing done and next closest was some guy with 500k. I think it was an AB

I usually just win the bg anyway.

Last AB I did, I had 5 million healing done and the next guy had 1.2 million. If I'm dpsing we have no heals if I'm healing no dps, it's lame.






Posting this here cause I do not know where else to post it and I don't want to make another thread.

I almost 1v2'd Nerk and Necrostalker on my shitty hunter, like holy fuck hunters are OP. Was in some ICC 10 MVPing it up. Everyone was all "Kick that noob his GS sucks and he's wearing half PvP gear". Group almost fell apart because of me so I told them if I wasn't top 3 on Marrow I'd switch to my moonkin. After being 1st on damage, no one had shit to say.

That run was even more fail because I was under attack the whole time, but I'm an MVP so I didn't let it faze me. We wiped on heroic lootship 3 times cause heals couldn't keep up, pulled in a new healer, half way through one of the gunners asks if we can get someone not retarded in the other gun so I start doing it. We wipe that attempt and I explain that it's just because one of our gunners sucked and adds were one shotting people. One of the dps(I believe it was one who wanted me kicked earlier) proceeds to try and talk shit to me again. He links me damaging attacks so I ask him what he was trying to show me and he started calling me an idiot telling me I can't do the cannon and telling me that I was not dps'ing the mage. So I linked the correct damaged who and told him how ironic it was.

After we finished that, I sent him a tell and told him to stop riding my dick because he has failed to make any valid points and has only successfully made a fool of himself. He had nothing to say.

In addition to that, I was pulling mobs off healers to save them cause tanks were idiots, kiting both beasts on saurfang, mostly to protect the healers(funny enough that same guy from before felt inclined to link damage with 100% on boss as a priest and barely beat me). Only thing I failed on was solo'ing the weekly plauge quest, I was able to make it into each boss room without any difficulty, but there was no surving long enough to get debuffs =(

Just insomnia, I'm told it's a part of being an Aspie. I've just never been able to sleep really good. I think I have isolated the cause though.
