Last I checked shoulders didn't work, but it's been confirmed this is intentional and the bug is actually the display that you can't buy them rather than the ability to buy them itself.

If destruction exists, we must destroy everything.

I tried to price check weapons today, and they seemed to still require rating.

That's what it looked like to me.

If you had the rating before hand, you still do, you just can't see that you're on a team still.

tats a buncha crap, i bought the shield on my warrior and paladin, and they didnt even compete this season.

Maybe you can buy weapons /shrug


Edit: Looks like you were right, for some reason it said my rogue didn't have the rating to buy the helmet though.

Yeah i bought a new 2h axe for my Warrior (had no rating to speak of). It showed me as being unable to buy it, but i could still buy it. I was unable to refund it though.
Also bought the hat since i was using t9 rubbish.

Can't buy t2 weapons. Can't buy shoulders.
