You're walking down a street, turn a corner and all of a sudden an armored truck comes hurtling down the street, crashes and the millions of dollars in cash it was carrying has been sprayed all over the street. The guards driving it are perfectly unharmed, just dazed. Passerbys on the street stop what they are doing, and start picking money off of the ground. You know the insurance company will recoup all of the losses, would you pick up a few bills off the street?

I'd get ready to make tons of money representing the bank in the suit against the manufacturer of the armored truck for making an armored vehicle that couldn't withstand a collision.

It's really too bad the passengers are uninjured. Maybe we can also sue for whiplash.

But really, if I wasn't taking far too long to decide, I'd probably take a bit and keep walking. Insurance companies deserve to have to occasionally actually fucking pay back some of the gallons of money we (and every company ever) throw at them.
