I just remember missing with 17% hit and was irritated :p

Yeah, meant to include that, think I said it up a little higher.



I got so annoyed to the point that I started gemming hit/expertise.

Somethings are just out of your hands though. Evasion is an extra 25% chance to miss on Blind. I think Imp Blink used to work the same way. RNG in general is just poop.
