I have the weirdest feeling right now. I feel like I just chugged a 5 gallon bucket of NyQuil or something, but I haven't had any medication either OTC or prescription wise.

My head feels top heavy, I'm kind of dizzy and weird, really really really tired and sluggish feeling. I'm at work right now and while I am typically feeling tired at work on any given night, this is completely different.

It's so bizarre. And my eyes are crazy dilated. I look like a fucking ewok.

Wtf do I doooo

You're probably dehydrated or lacking energy.

Eat some bread and butter, drink a few glasses of water with a pinch of salt, maybe some Gatorade, milk and fruit juice, lie down and see how you feel in the morning.

Thanks for the advice. I'm still at work and I don't have any food or drink available right now, unless I purchase a Gatorade or water which I'm considering.

I ate my lunch for my first break and just sat and rested for my actual lunch.

I have no useful advice, but I wanted to chime in and say that an "amateur expert" is an oxymoron.

It's entirely possible I'm dehydrated. I only really feel like this when I'm drunk, though to a much greater extent.

Not always. Amateur also refers to people who have not been paid for the activity.

Asking WebMD, it says go to the ER stat!

Seriously though, it's probably just the onset of a head cold or something.

Of course not lol. 3rd shift + sleep, wat.

I dunno I don't think it's sleep related due to how often I get not enough sleep and don't feel like that.

It was just really weird.

I wouldn't discount sleep at the moment because while you might be used to lack of sleep, your body keeps an account of how much sleep it needs vs how much you're letting it have. Eventually, you must pay back this debt and your body just says "fuck you, get sleep now bitch or so help me I will make your waking hours miserable"

This is part of the reason why so many M-F, 9-5 people sleep in on weekends - you're essentially "making up" for sleep lost during the week.

Just my $0.02. You should definitely keep hydrated as well.
