God yes. A quarter in most non-medical regions runs for $70+ on average, sometimes $100 if your area's completely dry. I don't know the relative dispensary pricing, but it's a good deal regardless.
I would kill for $40 quarter. A couple years ago I had a $40 for an eighth dealer. Those were good times.
And yeah, I forgot to mention what Dagery said about cannabinoid receptors. My first time was with several friends and it sucked. I felt sober as a bird. Second time was at a party in a '74 civic parked in a garage with colored lights wrapped inside and out of the car; needless to say, it was fucking insane.
Keep at it, Paul. I hate to sound like the cheesy stoner, but smoking requires practice. Not because people learn how to do french inhales, smoke rings, or other flashy shit like that, but because people learn more about themselves and exactly how much marijuana fits their preference for certain situations.
