Go to Sholozar and align yourself with the Frenzyheart. Wait until the daily quest "The Secret Power of the Frenzyheart" becomes available. Pick it up, throw out the quest item he gives you and pay a visit to ol' Grimbooze Thunderbrew in Nessingwary's camp. Get bank access anyway you can, get some booze, bank it, and repeat. You can grab as much as you want, but they only last 2 days. It takes about 11-15~ drinks to cap out on size, and your size increase will only last maybe 10 seconds when not drinking.
