Bet this will mess some people up for a while
Spells bound to a key now start to be cast when the button is pressed down by default, instead of waiting for the key to go up. This is an option that can be turned off in the Interface menu under Combat. Mouse clicking has not changed and operates on mouse click up.Least you can disable it. For most people it won't matter because they're already using snowfall key press. If you switch to using it though, yeah it will take some time. The only thing I don't like about it is if you accidently press a key, you can't just hold it down and take it off your bar so you don't blow the CD. Other than that it's typically better performance wise.

It's commonly accepted that Feral healing is in the toilet, and comparing an ability that you can cast while continuing to do damage to one that requires the user to not only stop doing damage but also to shift into their most vulnerable/least useful stance/aspect/form and saying they're on par is a big stretch.

Anytime you crit you get back 4% health, which with talents works out to be roughly 5% ever 6 or 2.5% every 3 seconds. Let's say waiting for crits to happen, that's 2% every 3 seconds which is basicly the same as a rogue's recuperate baseline.
You don't have a 2% talent for it however but you get that back in the form of heals. For using one of your finishers, you get an instant cast heal or cyclone (or if you like to live dangerously, a wrath). In one cyclone, you can cast a regrowth and get a couple hots on before going back into cat (possibly restealthing) or bear form
I'm pretty sure they cut it in half but frenzied regen, in addition to having a last stand effect, heals for massive amounts.
With the feral druid healing talent, which you should have, feral druids have just as much spell power as my resto druid just less healing due to not having talents.
