Jushiro, when you start getting serious about moving to some new place make sure you drive by it once or twice at night... like on a Friday night at least. My wife and I were apartment hunting when we first started out and we found a gated community that looked nice during the day and on paper... but at night all the hood-rats came out and it was a pretty shitty place. Was loud at near midnight with people throwing parties in those little garage spaces that they were able to rent.
