I dunno. I wish you could re-establish your respawn point because it kinda forces you to build your fortress at your spawn point...

Did you buy the full version on Steam? I picked it up last night and toyed around with it for awhile.

you can make a bed and set your spawn point to it. iirc the reqs for it are the same as getting an npc to move in. need the place walled off, background walls, put the bed inside + door, and iirc it has to be lighted by something other then a torch.

make sure you know your way out of where you set it though. also trying to mine shit down in the equivalent of hell is ogodwatido. fucking bone snakes and fireball shooting faggots everywhere.

I started up a new world, ran to the left for like 5 minutes, found a big blue castle and figured hey ima splore this bitch. start droppin down and some flying spinning giant skull one shot me for like 9996 hp's.

Should I do this?

that blue dungeon thing requires you to kill the boss outside. talk to the old man at night and he turns into a big skeleton bro. don't suggest doing it for a while. you can also run in that place at night and try to go deep + loot chests since the heads that appear wont one shot you at night for whatever reason.

killing him actually makes it harder to explore that area due to all the add spawns, ironically.




hellstone ore has to be used at a hellstone furnace, which you can dig up down there with your hammer. 6 ore + 2 obsidian makes a bar and it makes some stupid good stuff.
