Do these idiots think before they speak?
Well, the argument isn't that he got into Harvard Law Review because he's a moron - it's because he's black. That's why there is interest in his college records. If the man is as smart and accomplished as everyone (present company, included) thinks then why not give full disclosure to grades, admission forms and papers he wrote? I know if I were the smartest man in all the world (like Obama is) I'd want to show everyone how smart I was -- especially if people were doubting my limitless genius.
Law Review papers are available through university presses and law journals. Odds are the reason those aren't accessible by everyone is because academic publishers love money just as much as everyone else. I suppose if we're talking specifically about articles he authored or co-authored, he'd be able to release them if he got the appropriate permissions. It would be somewhat tedious, though that's not really a defense. I just doubt anyone who wants to find a reason to think he's dumb will even read the articles in question.
Admission forms are held by the universities. I'm pretty sure they can't actually release them. There are cases on how affirmative action can and can't be used in an academic context, though. As for his grades, I imagine his GPA shows up somewhere on his resumé, which is probably on file wherever he's worked in the past.
And USD, not to be that guy, but there's kind of a difference between Yale undergrad as a legacy and the Harvard Law Review. You could have cited his MBA instead, that would probably have been better.
