I really dont like the title of this thread.

The first one did have a T rating. I haven't played 2 and I don't know why it doesn't, but given the type of humour in these games it seems like a reasonable rating. The rating doesn't absolve parents of their responsibility to pay attention to the media their kids are consuming, though, especially if they're going to freak out about a single out-of-context line.
