That's the problem, too many officers are being kept on after repeated offenses. They're the ones you read about after they shoot somebody without a good reason.

Keep in mind most of the time cops are dealing with bad guys, its not people like you.
If you're actually resisting that's one thing. Getting slammed to the ground because you're fighting the arrest is fine. Kicking someone in the face because they're video taping you, shooting a kid because he's hiding in a shed, there are a lot of shady things going on. That certainly doesn't mean all cops are bad, but there are problems with the organization that perpetuate and excuse these kind of blatant issues.
