A BSN is costing that much? Where do you go to school? D: My BSN tuition is ~2k a semester as a resident.

Private school in Texas, lol. Tuition is about $33,000 a year, plus student fees, clinical fees, insurance, lab fees, the most expensive textbooks in the bookstore, and housing and living expenses put me at around $40k a year. My scholarships and grants cover nearly 75% of the costs though, which is lucky. I'm considering applying for the HRSA scholarship program for my last three semesters but I'm not sure if I want to commit myself to 2 years of work with them in exchange. We'll see.

If you're not all about the partnership scholarships, just apply to places with tuition reimbursement that you actually like instead. Most large hospitals have programs like that in place.
