Like most class actions, the thing was probably engineered by some ambulance-chaser with no real interest in the case gambling on a payoff. He probably can shake down pay from some nonprofit anyway.

I agree. I find it amusing that you'd complain about this however, considering the people who share your political opinion are the occasional majority and frequent plurality.

So what? The way the courts SHOULD be is fairness for both sides of the case. Politics shoudln't have any place there.

Not to mention that the truly idiotic decisions that have led us down the primrose path to our current stupid were made when people who didn't share my political opinion held sway.
