If you've already restored your account, the items in the mail will disappear in 90 days. If you are willing to wait, you should be eligible for a normal scroll 90 days after the hacker last logged in (for me, the guy said it would have been Nov 17, so if your account was caught in the same banning wave it would probably be the same time). I had no wait on the telephone, though.
