I hesitate to get into music discussions because like any art so much of it is subjective (some people love bands that just scream and grunt into the mic while playing power chords...I think it sucks...but that doesn't make the music less valid)
Anyway, I think objectively she has a very good voice if you are considering purely technical things like pitch and tone. I also appreciate the "jazzy-ness" of her voice, rather than a whispy whiney voice that is most often found by pop-singers today... she keeps it old school.
If you just don't like the sound of it, you are entitled to your opinion...just know that I respectfully disagree with it
