Well, we've never really 'hung out,' but Lucinth is always a good time, so hells yeah.

Man, I don't know...if I took you with me, and had you, Zaryi, and Cally to roll with all at once, I'd be compelled to get dressed up good and proper:

Clearly all you costal scrubs should meet in the middle. Like in MN.

Serious suggestion:

How about an Indian reservation somewhere in Ontario? It would be pretty cheap, and reasonably equidistant between all parties.

@Jubbergun: Turns out I'll be staying at a different Embassy Suites [Site][Map]. I also will have a rental car this trip (driving and flying will take the same amount of time, so I decided to avoid the airport).

@Aestu: Forcing everyone to have to fly (and get passports) is logistically-retarded. The Outer Banks made the greatest amount of people happy travel-wise, while your suggestion just makes everyone equally miserable.

I'm a socialist, brah. I'm just doing my thing.

(you don't have to fly, I am fairly sure you don't need passports to visit Canadia, and even if you do, a passport is something any sensible person should own, in case you need to flee the country on short notice,

hosting at an indian reservation is so much cheaper than hotels and such in big cities in the states that the cost of transit is more than made up, and the suggestion was mainly slanted at jushiro, who I get the distinct impression has neither the money nor the inclination to visit the states, and probably couldn't tell the difference between an AR15 and a SS6 to save his life)

I've visited the one in Arizona. I am sure the places where the people actually live are horrible, but the place itself is very scenic (if, obviously, poor in resources) and the chatcka shops are interesting.

Mostly, as I said, it's cheap and big.

Consulting the world map on the wall of my room... Bismarck, ND; Minneapolis, MN; Winnipeg, ON?

As Weena suggested, Minneapolis is reasonably equidistant from everyone, and is close to the Canadian border. Bismarck would be cheaper and more scenic though.

Indian reservations are miserable places. Theyre completely, 100% justified, but holy shit do you get death glares if you're white in an reservation.

I spent 3 summers working on an Indian Reservation (in AZ), painting crosswalks and teaching basic reading and writing skills. I don't remember getting glared at. It was horribly depressing though.

So, once my return comes in, I'm going to be doing a DC/Boston/NYC trip. For real this time. Europe can wait, lol, this is cheaper and lets me put ~800 bucks into some pet projects.

looking at mid-Aprilish.
