Dominos sucks. Papa Johns sucks. Some people love Pizza Connection, I think it sucks. Hungry Howies and Pizza Hut are aight. The best is Westshore Pizza or Palace Pizza.

Deep Dish is actually pretty good when you stop calling it pizza and start calling it casserole.

You can't sell crappy pizza in NYC, you won't last. Smaller towns just settle for what they have, and those chains establishments taste the same across the board. Ever watch one of those pizzas get made? Same applies to Chicago, another case of outdoing each other in a city environment.

As far as the soda vs pop, again "is better because I live here" comes into play. Soda fountains were popular in NYC 50 years before the term "soda pop" came about, which is about when they started to seep into other markets, like yours, Meowth.
