I think that store-specific bonus content is some of the dumbest shit on the planet.

Then again, when a game pulls shit like this, I just buy it on steam and just pirate all of the preorder bonuses.

I'm fairly sure it's actually illegal as it's a violation of antitrust law.

I worked at Babbages in Chesapeake Square mall back in the early 90s. A friend of mine worked there with me and she was smoking hot, I mean she looked like you had to prop her up with a sick so she did not fall forward all the time. On top of that she liked to wear these tight ass dresses and skirts to work. However, she was also a good worker and had some game knowledge and would listed to the pc nerds that ran the place. She handled the drooling game trolls fairly well and since we were both hired as Christmas help and I had a full time job I told the guys I would step aside since they were only able to keep one of us. They said that made the decision easier since she was one of two females in the store and they had been told by the district office that she would have to stay for diversity. I loled and when the guys told me that but they decided to keep me anyway for "emergency backup" since one of the senior sales guys kept calling in and I was in the mall visiting friends all the time anyway, I just left a shirt and tie in the back to wear just in case but I kept my discount. It was a fun job til I moved to Ga.
