Boiling down my opinions into easily digestible (and easily arguable) yes's and no's just makes you look more like an idiot.

There isn't a supreme power structure in Islam just like there isn't a supreme one of Christianity. There are different sects of each faith and many at one point in history killed each other because their version of Islam/Christianity/Buddhism/whatever was better than the other guy's.


I thought about doing the thing I do where I swap out any instance of Islam with Christianity and talk about ask if you think you're better than other Christians because you don't execute gay people for being gay, but I've done this a lot and you end up just yelling at me and running away from the point, so I'm not gonna bother.

If you observe it as a long story, you'll understand that there's a flow and general storyline, it's not just about you. You want to blame God for it, but freedom of choice is what Humanity was granted, and the Seraphim were not. This was the cause of the fall, jealousy. So then, your choices are tested in a mocking manner, meaning if you're going to have free choice, someone's going to try to influence you.

Case in point, coming to the realization that you need to blame God instead of the free will of those around you for the shit you're in.

If it's all supposed to "end" and be "redone", why would you expect to have a cushy time now? When those people who do bad things in God's name move on, do you expect them to be welcomed with open arms? You're wise enough to know that isn't the case.

I don't remember, but did he say Judgement Day was going to be on the 21st or was it the Rapture? If it was Judgement day, he could've still held to his theory because people were judged by god before the Rapture (Rev 7:3), saying people were branded as saved, to where the end of days would be on October 21.

Stupid and irresponsible people being stupid and irresponsible with their money is no concern of mine... (Edit: Unless it's somehow impacting me). Fortunately, for them, they have the rest of their lives to earn more money, salvage what they can and buy what they've sold off.

To further clarify where I stand, I chose to follow Islam's good teachings as a guide in life - you know, discipline, alms to the poor, etc etc - to make myself a better person. I do not choose to adhere to a set of rules (pray 5 times a day, try and convert others to Islam, etc etc) because those have absolutely no benefit.

I do not choose to follow the organization that tells me women should be oppressed because they misinterpreted the word "humility."
I do not choose to follow the organization that tells me to kill innocents because they misinterpreted the entire religion.
I do choose to follow my own path. Simple as that.
