As I mentioned before, my father's in the hospital.

Weena has indicated that he would not be able to rent a car to get to NYC as it is. As this is his idea, it would be prudent to see what he's able to do before redesigning the event.

As far as locales, I'm unaware of any in Ocean City, as I've never been there. NYC, depends on the general mood and environment you seek.
