Pretty much at this point i think the show is going to tell us the story in it's own way. It might hit the major plot points but a lot will be glossed over too. I am pretty sure when all the chips are down it will come to Daenerys and her dragons vs The Others (crazy white doods with blue eyes). Hopefully the author of the books has finished introducing new characters that play a vital role and will start bringing the story closer to a conclusion in book 6.

I need to get Netflix. Normally I just stream stuff but it is glitchy now that I pretty much exclusively use my Transformer and my Galaxy Nexus. Android seems to freeze up more than Windows when it comes to streaming.

I want to get into this series since some of my shows are ending or have ended.

And here I was thinking that the story would be without an ending.

I'm saying it won't be on netflix. I think you can get a subcription for HBO through xbox or something, but you won't find it on any non-HBO affiliated programs/channels.

I will have to stream it elsewhere then. I have a Wii and a PS3. No Xbox here :p

Download torrents for everything.

If it's true that our species is alone in the universe, then I'd have to say the universe aimed rather low and settled for very little.

Regardless of who and/or what they introduce, my personal theory is that in the end everyone has to come together to kill the Zombie Army in the north, and that Daenerys had to bring the dragons back because they're the natural enemy of/only thing that will obliterate the White Walkers.

That would make the most sense, but I'm just starting book 4 and I feel like there's not much in the way of a "happy ending" approaching.

Well yeah. It is called A Song of Ice and Fire....... So if she doesn't play a big part in the final battles against the Others the title would seem silly. Don't forget that the dragons glass makes a decent weapon against them as well as the weapons made of Valyrian steel(only hinted that they also kill them but seems logical).
