I didn't start last night cause I wasn't sure if you could drink any liquid or just water. I am a coffee drinker, but I can forgo for a day or two just wanted to clarify before I punched someone in the face this morning cause I hadn't had coffee.

It's water only...I missed my coffee, this morning, big time. I have a little over 9 hours to go. Mmmm. Water. Good luck!

Holy shit man. I weighed 130 at 5 ft 7 and everyone said I needed to gain weight...i've since gotten up to 150.

you lightweight.

6'4 230

Sit down Stacy.

Come back with about 70 more pounds.

Also, I'm already peeing clear. Are we just going as long as we don't end up hospitalized? Or a set time frame?

6'2" 235. Mixed muscle and fat, fat is pretty much just in the belly (HATE IT) but I been trying to keep on a workout schedule. Usually run 2 miles at lunch when I can stop being a fatty and convince myself, or have the time.

6'2-6'3 240-245 only fat on my belly area too, idk what it is. Belly still doesn't poke out near as much as my chest and my chest is solid as a rock. I think my best bet is to just eat healthier or something. Maybe workout more idk.

Also, starting the fast like 5 minutes ago D:

I finished my fast 75 mins ago, and I must say that, while this was not as difficult as I feared, I certainly understand more the reasoning behind the ritual. As you would expect, the last 6-8 hours were the hardest, and this is the time when I focused on the purpose of my fast. I'm glad I did this, but am in no hurry to repeat it. Also, I wouldn't recommend an extremely large meal at the end of your fast. I ate quite a bit, and I'm sort of feeling like I have a huge lump in my stomach. Heh.

you should introduce food gradually, yes.

longer fasts involve swapping to v8 and water with lemon and dry bread (croutons, crackers, toast).

i can't stand v8 unless i water it down.

One day you'll know where that song really came from.

Other than coming from The Lonely Island bros, I have no idea D:
Maybe someday, you'll enlighten me!
