Fast spiders (other affixes don't matter) underground in Act II are the problem.

I spent all of Act III just dodging elite packs.

This isn't relevant, but I sold my battlenet account for $125 to some ol' hippy that wants his son to play with him. The price was originally $150 but he worked me down $25 after stating he'd need to transfer the character.

Skipping elite packs because they're too ridiculously difficult is bad game design.

I hate to say it, but it's really not holding my interest.

some guy i know from scriptcraft is making roughly 15 an hour. another guy sold a helmet for $150, and says weapons regularly go for $250.

it'll die down in a few weeks at this rate, but lol.

Be more specific. How long does it take to farm that helm or weapon? What is he doing to farm $15/hr?

Hahahahaha, people actually buy shit at those prices? I need to stop assuming everyone's as smart as I am.

yes.

also, they're just selling stuff they've stockpiled, so chances are after this initial boom they won't make nearly as much, unless you're just lucky as all hell with drops. the fact that they're going to make as much as they are though is just hilarious and sad.

from what Dact has said, his helmet had "perfect" stats, which i'm going to assume means it gets replaced because it's a dungeon crawler, but people are braindead. probably wouldn't see many items like that to sell, though. apparently every high level unique weapon regularly goes for $200

There aren't enough face palm jpgs, pngs, or gifs to describe how sad that is. I would understand MAYBE if end game Diablo 3 was really fun but IT'S THE SAME GODDAMN SHIT. Yeah, maybe they'll get some DLC, but after they steamroll through that shit in a week they'll have spent so much goddamn money on a useless game.

Diablo 3 is the worst game to spend real money on. I wouldn't even play the game if it weren't offered to me free with WoW's annual pass.

that was my thoughts. something actually unique in MMOs, shit that only like, one in a thousand people have? i still find it retarded, but i understand why you would buy it.

but in a dungeon crawler? let alone one thats entire point of even playing at ALL once you get to the hardest difficulty is simply to grind gear and get higher stats, either for luls or to one shot someone in PvP (oh wait).
