My only measure of success:
The mark you leave on the world. The people you influence. The lives you change for the better.
Money, cars, titles, status...none of that matters once you're gone. Say you perform CPR on a child and save his life, and it inspires him to study medicine. Say you form a non profit dedicated to helping others in some form, and it carries on long after you die. These kind of things. I also include 'corporate fat cats' who give people jobs and maintain a sense of social responsibility not because they are ordered to through laws and public criticism, but because that is the nature of the people in charge. Bill Gates is a good example of this.
