Something I just realized that I really enjoy about LoL that I missed when I played games like WoW and SC2 is that the player base that I play with is pretty universal. I recently friended and have skyped with people from Hong Kong, Japan and Brazil which was something I really loved from the games I used to play. Kinda random but just something I was thinking about today and related to LoL ;D

i used to play. the amount of raging try hards who are all terrible gets old, really really fast. if you've played dota before you can get up to the 1800's or so pretty easy, and then the game isn't really fun at that point, since all you go against are people who probably have aneurysms from raging so hard if someone makes one mistake. according to the people i know who still play it, all of the heroes S2 releases are all overpowered as fuck compared to the dota ones they copied as well, so that's pretty cool rite.

that and dota 2 is coming out, so the game will disappear due to HoN being nothing more then dota with a graphics increase.

I never bothered with LoL because I knew it was terrible. It seems it's exactly like CoD; the majority of people (who are usually idiots) use the OP shit and think they're #1. We can all hope Dota2 is NOTHING like either of these games.
