I think there's something more to it.

Yes the man is a doctor dealer, yes the man killed him, yes the man was incompetent - but no more so than any celeb doctor who gets his client drugs, no more so than any many other quacks practicing medicine at all levels.

He's an attractive victim partly because he's black. If he were Jewish no one would question his judgement. Beyond that, I don't really understand who is behind his persecution or why. Someone feels they have a buck to make or a skeleton to bury.

Michael Jackson was the "King of Pop" with legions of fans, tons of media coverage, etc (yes, even though he may or may not have been a pedo). Given the nature of his death, the people wanted someone to pay...if his doctor had been some Jewish Guy it would have made no difference.
