What spec are you?

When I leveled my Pally I don't recall being particularly squishy...that said I leveled a priest so perhaps it's all relative.

Anyway, I was ret until I believe 30 (maybe it was 40, i don't remember) and then I switched to port to get reckoning and all that stuff. Easiest leveling ever. Tank everything, mow through quests, and insta queues if you feel like doing an instance.

leveling ret. pretty sure i'm doing it all right. switching to seal of insight for low health, but i can't take on more than 1 mob usually without ending up at 5%, to which i only get 1 boosted HL. and most of the time i'm sitting there just waiting for 3 holy powers for annoyingly anti-climactic TV (which totally isn't worth the work) or just spamming CS and judgement waiting for procs, while getting my ass kicked.

edit: there must be something integral i'm missing.

Where are you levelling? What level are the mobs compared to you? What's your gear like? Can you link your char?

Yeah, Twilight Highlands outdoor mobs hit disproportionately hard.

There's nothing you can do.

Everything in that zone hits for retarded amounts. Actually, everything past 80 does way more damage than everything before it did.

Mitigation from armor scales negatively with level. Mobs will hit progressively harder as the player gains in level.

For this reason, it's actually quite possible to AoE farm the 85 elites in the box room under Uldum. I did this at 80 and got enough cloth to get server first first aid.

But I was on lockout for another three days due to buying the immortality steed.

ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

It's not even that I cared about the stupid feat. It's that I deserved it for being so singularly clever and original. No one else thought to do what I did.

Who's more the loser, the guy who takes satisfaction from being original in a game, or the guy who hates on the guy who takes satisfaction from being original in a game?

Leveling from 80-82 I lost so much haste and damage that I basically just stopped leveling and killed people at quest hubs for an entire 2 weeks. That alone probably killed the entire expansion for me.
