I'm getting it, too. SQL is a pain in the ass. We've had some issues with certain customers using it who develop memory leaks that end up shutting down their services.

Probably...I always have this thought in the back of my mind when I get a ticket about programs causing errors in servers that tells me it's not the program, it's the customer who installed it not knowing how to use it.

Like the guy that decided to install Zone Alarm and locked himself out of his server four times the other night.
