So, I've been streaming quite often lately since I've come back to Wow. I've got two problems streaming so far, and I'm assuming it's on my part, and it effects the viewers entertainment watch. The two problems are:

-Audio malfunction
-People need to refresh the stream to see.

For the audio issue, it's only for the stream viewers. After a while (it's 100% random as I can see so far,) my partners skype/music begins to sounds robotic, and it's almost impossible to understand what people are saying, or what the music is. However, they can hear me 100% fine, and nothing is wrong with my voice. Here's a screenshot of my audio settings with xspit.

I'm not sure if I'm to high for the audio information, or if I should change up that shit on there. If anyone knows anything for the audio problem there, that'd be great! And now for the final question.

Again, at random, my stream will almost look like it went offline, but it hasn't gone offline. People just have to refresh the stream page in order to see it again. I have one stream page up at a time with my chat on the other monitor so I can see the chat and what's happening. I'm not sure if that effects it or whatnot. Here's a screenshot without the dropdown arrow so there's no interfearence with any of the other parts in the other SS.

Not sure if any of those settings could be changed around to differ that problem. I've gotten up to 300 viewers streaming wow arenas, and it's quite annoying when I have to tell everyone to refresh the page and such, it's just something I'd like not to happen.

I'm told my upload speed is a bit slow, but it's not that big of a deal, there's just going to be like a 5-10 second delay on what they see from what actually is happening live. Also, I've got an i7 2600k processor, so that covers the CPU well enough. If anyone know's any answers to these, or needs anymore information, let me know, would help me out a lot! Thanks!

Upload would only limit the actual size and bit rate of the video being displayed, same with audio bit rate. Whatever is the maximum you can use I have no idea, but you should assume your upload is about 250KB/s since Comcast speedboost is measured in those speedtests.
