It's true that he's a piece of trash for skipping out on tradition as the COMMANDER IN FUCKING CHIEF of the armed forces, but at least he's doing a ceremony at the Lincoln National Cemetery in Chicago. Clinton's the only president since before Reagan to have attended all 8 of his, and i'm 99% sure he did it to dissuade the public from hating him for draft dodging in Russia.

I heard Obama is the greatest president who can do no wrong. MSNBC, CNN, NPR, Huffington Post, NYT, ABC and many others told me.

i actually watch (occasionally) MSNBC and CNN, listen to NPR, read huffington post and the NYT, and none of them say that.

in fact, they're pretty damned critical of him. they just don't tend to make shit up (like the premise of this thread).

that's the stupidest thing, imo. i'm a liberal, and i think there are a lot of real criticisms of him, and a lot of legit conservative criticisms of him that i wouldn't agree with but would at least see the merit of.

but people insist on making shit up instead. i guess it's just easier.

and whenever it's pointed out that shit is being made up, the almost unanimous response is exactly what you posted. deflection du jour.

Obama is VERY moderate. If you want a real "liberal" look at Vermont's Bernie Sanders (the only official socialist in the US Senate), Ohio's Dennis Kucinich, or Florida's Alan Greyson.
