I am going to put this together for every Friday/Saturday until we get this achieved.
I am looking for good raiders. I don't care if you currently have the achievement, I am looking for people who need to finish it.
My goal is to run through on regular as fast as possible maybe 1 or 2 weeks at most. With the criteria I will be using it will be laughable if we cant manage that.
Criteria:
I will looking through achievements of the people I invite as well as looking at your spec/gear as well as a few other things. Just because you don't get an invite does it mean you are terrible it means I am looking to get this done before hell freezes over.
All gear must be 245+ (Yes I know I have a 219 offhand and a 232 trinket. Trinket is really awesome and I cant get the damn offhand to drop out of TOC and I win it, plus I am putting the group together so f off)
You must know the fights beforehand so do your research ask your friends that have done it etc. We will be using vent, but it isn't so I have to explain the fight. If you don't know the fight beforehand I most likely will replace you as it will just slow the group down.
Be a good raider, have good situational awareness, be quick on your toes not a button mashing terrible player. I don't care if you do 15k on trash if you can only produce 6k on a boss.
Depending on groups performance we will probably do heroic versions of some of the bosses to get everyone closer to the mount. We won't spend more than 1 or 2 attempts at heroic before we just do regular. And we will take a vote if the group wants to attempt it or not.
No rage quitting, if we wipe it's understandable in some cases so don't be one of the "lol you guys are bad" type
The group makeup I would like to take is:
Mage - DPS
Rogue - DPS
Paladin - Prot
Druid - Resto
Priest - Shadow/OS Disc
DK - Blood or Frost Tank don't really care which
Hunter - Srviv/Marks either is fine believe Survival is the better of the two?
Shaman - Resto with an OS of Ele or Enh would be a +
Warrior - Fury
Lock - DPS
Group structure might change. The only two spots that aren't available right now are the Rogue and Mage spots they are filled. Any of the other feel free to PST me. I would like to start pulls at 8:30pm on Friday June 11th. If you have any questions feel free to send me in-game mail or post here.
