I see it as a blemish, but also as fundamentally uncivilized. Self-respecting and mentally developed people don't need to distinguish or alter themselves that way, they define themselves by what is inside.

The most a woman should have in the way of tattoos is some tiny cute thing like a unicorn farting rainbows at a kitten on her ankle. This choice can be chocked up to perfectly acceptable neurotic female behavior.
Now, if a woman has something more than a small ankle tattoo, this is a sign of bad decision making. As the tattoos become larger and more plentiful, so to does the chances that you can get in her pants. If she lights up a cigarette on top of the tattoos, she might as well have runway lights leading to her vagina.
There will, of course, be exceptions to this rule, as the woman in question may have outgrown the idiocy and lack of self-respect that lead to getting all those tattoos...and those things just don't disappear of their own accord.
I'm not saying that being a tattooed up and/or smoking makes a woman a whore. Whores get paid, these chicks (God bless them) jump up and down on you for free.
