I'm overlooking I66 in Fairfax and I always see people get pulled over. Well, today I see a dark gray sedan driven by what appeared to be a darkie get pulled by a VA State Trooper. The trooper goes back to his SUV and sits there for a bit. Then, eight minutes later, a second State Trooper pulled up behind the first one, exited his vehicle, and approached the first State Trooper's passenger side window. As the two cops were doing whatever, the dark gray car sped off Westbound on I66. The first Trooper took off in chase... and the second Trooper ran back to his vehicle and started after the other two. Less than a minute later, two more State Troopers were flying down the road with their sirens on. In total, I've seen eight cops give chase.

This is a big deal - we never see this in NoVA!
