I recently learned the engineerng patter from MC for [item]http://www.wowhead.com/item=18283[/item] during a farm run. If anyone is interested this is a hell of a scope for level 50-79 and even possibly new 80 huntard. I dont charge for friends although if you insist on tipping I will not be rude so all I ask is you have the mats ready. I have toons on both factions on two accounts so we can abuse the neutral AH like crazy.

Possibly dumb question...would this scope attach to one of the Bind to Account leveling bows?

I think you can use up to a level 60 enchant on the BoA weapons, so maybe?

To answer the questions, yes it will work on a boa bow or gun, but it does not kick in until level 50. It is similar to the ZG or BC shoulder enchants. If you armory my lil warrior Cydor you can see he has the scryer shoulder enchant but they do not become active until level 70 or so. He is also currently carrying the boa bow with the scope on it. I did find that I had to send the bow and scope to a level 50+ player to attach it then I sent it back to him and he was able to equip it.

TLDR yes it works but only over level 50, you can equip it before hand but it does not work until proper level.

To clarify this, you can use any vanilla enchant, but no BC or above. BC enchants require level 35 items. You can however use the 15 to 1h, 25 to 2h, str to 1h, 22 int or 30 sp. I have all of these and I am prepared to make a fortune on these come Cata with all of the new BOA geared furries and goblins. Woot.

if he identifies with a she-goat, sure.

Can't attach any scopes that require an item level higher than 1, because that is the item level of the heirlooms. Reason you can enchant Classic enchants is because they don't have an item level restriction.
