You can sort of tell the age of a woman based on the obvious decline in the standards she sets for the men she dates.

On a side note, if you're a woman and you hate being single, don't have pets. It sends one of those "stay away from this one" signals. This is doubly true when you refer to said pets as your "babies." Personally, I think that owning a pet indicates that you are starved for company because there is something seriously wrong with you that drives other people away, and that you have no other choice for companionship than to hold some poor dumb animal captive and pretend it has anthropomorphic qualities so that you aren't quite the loser everyone else has realized you are.

I'm 28 today, and oh god Boredalt is looking into my family history! lol

@Boredalt: My mom really liked Katharine Hepburn, and Catherine is a family name on my mother's side. Allegedly my parents were going to name my brother Maximillion, but they bailed on that and went with another J name instead. I think I visited the house when I was much younger, but all I can remember of it now are pictures. My father's mother did a lot of genealogy research before she died and compiled a notebook, but I haven't seen it in years, I wonder what happened to it (we've moved a few times).
