I can't find a list of these. I heard a few of the racials are being changed but I am not sure which. Does anyone know what the changes are?

Human
Perception is gone.

Undead
Cannibalize now also regenerates mana. (7% of total health and mana every 2 sec for 10 sec)
Will of the Foresaken can now be used within 30 seconds of PvP Trinket.(Down from 45 seconds)

Tauren
Cultivation still increases your Herbalism skill by 15, but also lets you gather herbs faster than normal herbalists.

Gnomes
Shortblade Specialization Expertise with Daggers and One-Handed Swords increased by 3.

They're still working on them too, nothing is final.

For the entire duration that I played rogues got nothing but handouts and after tbc were nothing but beyond retarded.

I don't even feel like I've done anything if I kill someone using my rogue. It's basically just CD whoring and hiding until you can do more CD whoring.

I xferred highscore to be a human priest due to every man for himself and perception. I was amazed how easy it was to see rogues

For as many arena seasons where rogues have had some imba ability that made them fotm, there have also been seasons where rogues are chopped liver.

ITT people crying about fotm classes.

Real rogue players don't wait on cooldowns or imba mechanics to fight, even if it means certain death.
