Anyone know anything about Maryland Tax Law?

Shoot me a PM or contact me ingame. I have some questions regarding claiming my children among other things. As it stands, I seem to owe money instead of gaining any sort of tax break. I can't afford to hire a lawyer or accountant or any shit like that.

If you don't know about tax law in the state of MD, but you know of a good resource I may be overlooking feel free to tell me about that as well.

Appreciate any and all help in this matter.
