Not sure how many are on Horde or how many view the realm forums, but I will be starting up my weekly pug again this week.

I am going to start with BWD and see how it goes. If we end up hitting a wall then we can always bounce over to BoT.
My gear check is usually pretty strict. I am not a fan of carrying anyone through.

After I armory and confirm things look good, I will send a calendar invite.

what are your minimum gear requirements/average ilevel?

Don't really have anything in mind.
I armory everyone individually and make a decision from there.
Try to avoid greens.
I expect all gear to be fully enchanted and gemmed (except for the silly maelstrom crystal enchants, those can wait)
Post your dude here if you want and I can let you know.
