Somehow, it seemed fitting that I ask here. I don't know why, potentially it was related to the biggest nerd thread, but who really knows.
ANYWAY -
I've had Thunderbird for a few months, and it's worked brilliantly, and I love it. This morning it suddenly has stopped receiving, I can send to other e-mail accounts, but it won't download anything new. Yes, I've checked my passwords, everything is still configured right, there were no updates recently, and when I log in to my e-mail via my browser, it's up and running just fine. I've pretty much done everything along the basic line of what one would do in this situation, and I'm wondering if anyone has had this happen to them, or if anyone has some obvious, DUH, solution that I'm missing.
EDIT: Now I'm getting server time-out notices; so I'm assuming this is nothing wrong with me, and that my e-mail server is being DUMB. Yippee?
And no, I don't want outlook.
TLDR - HALP
Thanks.
